How do I book a tour?

All bookings are processed exclusively through our trusted online partners: Viator, Tripadvisor, and Airbnb Experiences.

Viator & Tripadvisor: Search for "things to do in St. John's, NL, Canada" and browse the cultural, private, or sightseeing tour categories.
Airbnb: Navigate to the "Experiences" section and search for "St. John's, NL".

                        Ticketing & Payments: Upon completing your booking, your digital ticket will be issued automatically by the platform you used. For your security and peace of mind, all financial transactions are processed securely through that platform's encrypted checkout system.
                    

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Coastal Journey NL is proud to offer a flexible, travel-friendly cancellation policy. Please note that all cancellations and refunds must be initiated and processed directly through your original booking platform.

24-Hour Free Cancellation: Cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure for a full 100% refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour start time are non-refundable.
Cruise Ship Guarantee: If your cruise ship is unable to call into port or undergoes an itinerary change, you will receive a full 100% refund, regardless of how close to the tour departure time the change occurs.

What time does the tour begin?

Our standard tours depart at 9:00 AM unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. This timing is optimized to ensure the best possible experience at each featured highlight along our route.

                        Cruise Ship Passengers: We monitor ship schedules closely. Your specific tour departure and return times will be seamlessly adjusted to align perfectly with your ship's arrival and departure hours in port.
                    

How long is the tour duration?

Our signature itinerary is approximately 6 hours long. This duration is flexible and can be customized to suit your group's personal preferences or your cruise ship's port schedule.

A six-hour window ensures we can fully immerse ourselves in each destination rather than rushing through for a quick photo. To experience this spectacular coastline at a comfortable, unhurried pace, a 5-to-6-hour duration is highly recommended.
